Refund Policy

Effective date: 2026-02-07

This Refund Policy applies to revloop.app and console.revloop.app.

Consumer right to cancel (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day following completion of the transaction.

For subscription services, this cancellation right applies to the initial subscription only and does not automatically re-apply to each renewal period.

Exceptions

As described in Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms, the consumer cancellation right may not apply to certain digital content or services once delivery or use has started.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge or wrong plan/amount), contact us and we will investigate. If we confirm a billing error, we will correct it (which may include a refund or account credit, as appropriate).

How to request

To exercise your cancellation right or request a refund, contact Paddle Buyer Support via paddle.net. Please include your order receipt/invoice ID and purchase email.

You can also email us at hello@revloop.app and we will help route your request.

Non-refundable cases

Outside the cancellation right above and any mandatory consumer protections under applicable law, fees are non-refundable. This includes no prorated refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades, or unused features.

Chargebacks and disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we may suspend access to the Service while it is being resolved.
